On March 11, 2011, Great East Japan Earthquake Disaster caused tremendous damage to Tohoku district in Japan. Kahoku Shimpo, a newspaper company who distributes papers in the disaster-stricken area, is participating in the government project“Great East Japan Earthquake Archive” which aims at recording and passing down all of the“millennial-scale” disaster for future generations.
